I am going about my day as if the storm is not coming. The sun is shinning and the temp is at 25 degrees. I don't feel any need to get supplies. I will turn on the news and see what they say about the storm. I am planning on changing my Sunday plans. Well my foot is in a cast so not changing, but I don't plan to go anywhere on Sunday.
At 9AM the ROC went to a level 2. The 11AM call moved it to a level 1. People are getting ready to deploy. There is a planned meeting with the ROC team at 3PM and a ROC call at 4. All ROC personnel should go to ROC locations, either Cedar Rapids MSC or Madison Eng office.
