2-20-2011 Receiving reports 8:00AM
We are hearing that the weather in Spenser Iowa has slush and if any ice it is web and soft. The same for Charles City, and Manchester Iowa. In Dubuque the ice may be a little more solid. The team is seeing a little hanging ice. The weather is starting to moving into Wisconsin.
